contrary to what d weather dept has been maintaining since a month dat monsoons are here or may activate in 3 days or so, wat i can see frm d image (nd i have been watching since last 5 years) is dat monsonn IS NOT SEEN ANYWHERE IN INDIA.
> monsoon usually enters thru andaman nicobar to sri lanka,kerala,konkan,maharashtra.
> see d image closely n u can spot a hurricane wch has stagnated fr over a month in KOLKATA,ASSAM,ORISA N ANDHRA.
