If someone tried to play contra trend in todays afternoon upmove, he is finished...selling at high levels and adding more must have been horrible today...that again proves the value of trading in the direction of the trend. It does not matter if one identifies the trend a little late...it still will reward us.

the sudden downward spike from ~ 7572 to 7552 however made an effect on my psyche ... which is why i impatiently exited @ 7585 ....

7571.4 was a TDST resistance in 3 min charts. That level resisted the upmove 2-3 times. It is only when that level was taken out...market flew like a rocket.

You will cover the loss in the morning itself and not only that, you can make money out of it as well

All three scrips gave good profit today. But failed to cash on last 20-25 minutes rise. Squared off all before that.

7571.4 was a TDST resistance in 3 min charts. That level resisted the upmove 2-3 times. It is only when that level was taken out...market flew like a rocket.

I was looking at this all day today ... couple of resistances @ 7560, also 7560 being budget day close ...

Was targeting a test of +2SD2day which was @ 7603 ...

What would you suggest to look at to ensure not to book so early ?

After 7580 there was a strong move..so trail on each bar's low,It would have kept you in long upto 7635-40...and last few minutes upthrust you could have traded on VWAP...

Its a free to try software BTW. After 15 days you got to pay and register your copy.

For now, after every 15 days , I uninstall, regedit , delete the key and reinstall ... Works

Although I intend to pay up soon ...

You said it is a free to try software. okay. But what you do for data. Is the software company provides data also or we have to arrange it ourselves. If it is the later case then how you arrange/manage for it.

I have many times observed such 20-30 points sudden moves near 2:30 pm whenever VWAP strategy is going to play.
Infact I follow it is as signnal for next thurst in the direction of trend. Once that PA confirms the WVAP, it's time to add options in my arsenal to squeeze till the last drop.....
