re: Day trading Nifty & Banknifty Futures

This is my 42nd month in trading and in only one month (april 2013) my capital was over 1 lakh , mostly between 30 - 50 k otherwise
may be low capital is the reason I continued playing in options after losing 4 lakhs in my first 2 years.
khiladi bhaiya... khiladi..

So did options trading is the culprit of pulling back from 1L mark ..

Loosing initial capital is very normal in markets, if you want even check with Saint, ST and others. Without paying tuition fees, we cannot graduate. We need to graduate and then only we get stipends. I am currently getting stipends from market. My losses have been nullified already and I have gained twice of the initial capital I had invested. Don't worry wait for the day you will graduate. Stipends will then keep you encouraged. After that we have to go into higher studies in markets :p
Every where fixed tuition fees and fixed time frame for getting a graduation cert. or degree cert.. But here in the market there is nothing like that.

You see, from 2008 i am paying tuition fees regularly. 2010,11,12 stopped trading because of empty pocket. Now in 2013 again trading and giving tuition fees regularly in every month. :D

Learnt a important lesson , never again will play OPTION.

This is another way of looking at bar ..... :thumb: Each Bar is fight between Bulls & bears ..... :thumb:

This is why we need concentration and focus to see what each bar is doing / telling us. Each bar is a fight between bulls and bears. I shorted NF at 6260 in 10:25 bar and was expecting that it will come down to 6240 or lower. But it just failed to go below 6250 and I had to cover it at 6253. This was an alert that the buying is coming at lower end and the breakout above 6266 confirmed it.

Inspite of all that the breakout may fail...so if any bar closes below 6266 ( in the range ) just get out with a small loss of 4-5 points but it has a strong chance of succeeding and if you make 30-40 points risking 5-6 points, it makes a great trade.
