Day Trading Stocks & Futures

Hi Primitive trader Sir
3-4 days back, You were talking about setups which can be used in Opening morning trade..Can you share your learning about those morning trade
thanks
broadly based on MP opening types like

open drive entry
open test drive
open rejection reverse

the above are 3 types of trade setups one can use. even if they fail they will give the confidence to trade on the opposite type as its a significant thing that an expected opening failed. also, these are the trades that mostly originate from 1M time frame as volatility is very high at the open so SLs are pretty big on 3-5M tf. so I prefer it on 1M. it's a quick scalp most o of the time

I use floor pivot along with PDH/PDL as key reference areas and some other PA/MP areas.

I can give you the eg of today's NF trade. opening for me was open rejection reverse from S2. I expected price to move us as OP took support @ S2. it did bounce back but did not get much out of the trade. then around 10:00-10:15 low of the OP was taken out indicated further downside. broadly this is how i look at the opening

Just wondering if it is legal to share..even without individual details..
against the best business ethics .. if fyers did they will loose customer confidence .. even this query itself reduce interest of new comers .. people will start thinking if they do this in a public forum what they might do behind the screen ( even thought they are genuine)

Good Evening ST Da
I have some queries related to Trend on 3 min chart
a) we take intraday trade when minor trend align with Visual trend of 3 min? What shall we Do when Visual trend of 3 min is sideways? which minor trend shall we trade?
b) Shall we look for visual & minor trend of 15 min also, If we trade intraday in 3 min?
Thanks
a) When visual trend is sideways, we trade the sideways range boundries...ie buy on a minor uptrend near a lower boundry, book profits at or near the upper boundry and short the break of minor pivot low to ride the downmove......we can use failure to cross the upper boundry also to short.

b) I see both trends on the same timeframe ie 3 min...we have to train ourselves to see both trends on same chart without going to higher timeframe charts.....initially it is a bit difficult to see all the trends on same trading timeframe charts but with practice it is very clear to the eyes....

STda since I am not yet accustomed to seeing higher time frame trend and do not want to keep multi charts.
I have used a rudimentary way of putting a 20 EMA on the chart which will indirectly give me the higher time frame trend. if it is flat or falls with a price band for sometime I take it as sideways and step aside. once if it starts pointing upward or downward I wait for a higher or lower pivot creation above or below it. Then when the take the trade once the pivot breaks. The pivot has be clear meaning all the 3 candles should be on one side of the EMA.This way I stopped getting caught in the sideways movement. Do you see any drawback to this approach.

It is not unethical. You can share data or reports relating to a large group. You cannot share individual data. The law on this subject is now similar across the world. So what Fyers intends to do is not wrong.

Even that Covid data that we get in the news sites is an example of group data.

comparing covid data and this is not principally correct .. the data basically collected from individual to compile and share in a summary view.. obviously the consent from the individual must obtain else it is breach of trust ... i could be wrong as always ..

I zoom out charts to level where individual candles are blurry.. this gives idea how longer timeframe outline is -

idea is is to train your eyes to see it as line graph

example bajaj fin below (5 min)

I'm sure there is 20-30page terms and conditions which everyone signs without reading before opening account with brokers. This is why mr @Tejas Khoday is asking how he should present this data :)
