without info how can we trade? else it will be just speculation right

Once details are out, you can start investing/long trade in stocks which are going to be benefit from package and go short on others. The package is huge, so it won't be spent in one day or week. It will last several months.

so you do not trade as per chart or analysis
but on info and thats too when details of info are out !!!!!!

In addition to the above news, BHEL did not really move up after the March fall. That could be the reason for the market's 'Discovery'.


Atleast the above news is interesting. The Government companies are now pro-actively seeking collaborations keeping their strengths in mind. About 9 years ago, I worked for a PSU for a limited time. There was lot of policy paralysis during that time. Any decision if taken had some corrupt intent. If not taken, you just have snacks and tea at the meetings. That was the mindset those days. All top bosses were just snoozing in the corner offices waiting for their retirement. I was frustrated and left that organisation. I am glad the current government is changing the culture in there.

Unfortunately till now the professionalism is only in central government sectors..

The state governments are working same old corrupted way..
And India has strong federal structure
