Re: Thanks....

Dear Jai,
Thanks for your advice on ABB & Reliance Com a wk ago.....
It helped me a lot...Now I come with another stock for your opinion...
Suzlon Energy...this stock has come down from its high...what's your take on this stock now?...
Thanks again for continuing this wonderful column....
Suzlon looks good to enter here. You can buy above 1333 with a stop of 1279 (agressive stop) or a stop of 1244 (conservative stop) with target of 1370

There are 2 buying zones for this stock.
1) Between 7.00 to 7.70
2) Between 5.50 to 6.00

However, the real strength for this stock to push to higher levels lies only above 12.45/12.60. The stop for all positions will be 5.10/4.90

Dear Jai,

How about BSEL Infra??? it has come from 35+ to 68?.Is it advisable to enter into this stock???
BSEL Infra is at major resistance. If rises above 71.50/72, it should go to 80. But the ideal entry would be between 50-58 with a stop under 43.

Hello Kam,
I can understand your concern. The reward risk ratio in the above call is almost 1. And normally it's advisable to have a reward risk ratio of atleast 1.50 or 2 or more...But that is not always the case if you want to be a bit agressive in trading. Normally, my stop loss levels are just a safety net, and not actually a stop that stay's put till the target is achieved.

Obviously, you are not aware of the basic rule to be followed when executing my calls. Infact, it's the most important rule...i.e. a trailing stop.
I strongly recommend to keep a trailing stop @ cost when the gain is 5%+. So in that case, when BOC reached 168, the stop would be at the entry level i.e. 160. Now, you would be targeting 20 rs. and risking NOTHING.

Now the reward risk ratio is 20 (logically it cannot be calculated coz your risk is zero). If you trade 100 times, and 50 times if you have a reward risk ratio of presumably 10 or 20 which is acheived, and 50 times you lose the trade where your reward risk ratio is 1, you would yet end up in a lucrative position by the end of the year.

Plz refer to the chart for reference to decide whether it would have been a wise decision to enter the stock or a foolish one.

I'm just trying to clear your doubt and in no way trying to offend you. If I did, it was unintentional.

Hello all,
I've seen many people here who try to become rich overnight. Who try to earn 40,000 to 50,000 per month or more. And instead end up losing everything they have and sulking for the rest of their life.

On Sunday night or monday morning, I will post a theory which will show you how you can turn 25,000 to 91 crores in 5 years by earning just 5,000 per month on this 25,000.

Sounds impossible? Not really...
But plz remember that this is just a theory. It is not a trading system that you should follow blindly. There will be a set of rules that have to be followed at any cost. None of the rules can be broken to see the results.

The main aim of this theory is not to make you dream to become rich and have 91cr in 5 years, but instead its aim is to make you realise what you can acheive by taking it slow, using your common sense, and calculating your risks and rewards to acheive your goal by proper planning and by sticking to the rules that you make for a strategy.
Cya on sunday night.

Regards,
Jai Shewaramani
