If I am a prospective investor who wants to give my trading account to someone to trade I will look for the following :
1) Atleast 6 month's track record of the person's own trading account showing steady increase of capital. If there are too many sharp spikes/valleys , that means that the trader is dangerous. he can make big returns but he can also wipe off the account in no time.

my this month's ledger top - bottom width is too much even for my standards........
till april 10 , it was smooth curve, was 36% up, after that completely lost the control , and in losing phase they say decrease the quantity , I increased to cover loss, and paid the price..........then down down deep in red, basically it was only 2 day's big losses that did me in (12 april/18april), why I allowed big losses on these 2 days is very bad work, ......then recovered again before expiry day, but expiry day losses again pushed back......
