Keep a track of all your trades... Better maintain an excel-sheet of all the trades open and the notional loss/profit you are making on them... happy trading... :)

Last day of july proved equally bad....lost 4k......
Total loss in july 15864/-....which is mostly in option pe/ce delivery....nifty stuck in a range and option premium quickly reduced...to nothing.....

This gap up opening and debt talks drama fooled me.....I thought nifty will be bullish today ...instead it was shorters paradise today.....lost 4k in NF...only one trade out of five positive....

In NF/BNF atleast I will use SL to limit loss, which was not possible in options...so lets see if any change happens this month....
