Losses start below 3500 As per Nifty Lot taken.



Buy 50/100 Nifty Put of 4400 @ 500
Sell 100/200 Nifty Put of 4100 @ 275*2(550)
Buy 50/100 Nifty Put of 3800 @ 125

Buy 50/100 Nifty Call of 4300 @ 45
Buy 50/100 Nifty Put of 4000 @ 205
Sell 200 Nifty Put of 3700 @ 95*2(190)



* Total Investment = 13,000

Losses Below a close of 3530 ( Per Lot ){But you dont lose your investment}
Gains Above a close of 3530 (Including return of Investment)

Between 4300 - 4400 You earn Nothing, but above 4400 You earn per lot(Including return of your investment)

Would be nice if you could show your calculation of profit/loss at each nifty level so as to avoid confusion.

With so many different strikes execution of trades at given prices are highly unlikely. It will only make the broker richer (are you one?). This is called overtrading and it never pays only takes away.

My friend wht is the total investment required for this strategey. For selling an option usually brokers charge more margin. Can you just throw some light on how much margin ur broker is demanding for selling one lot of nifty option..

friend , my humble advice....
be an invstr first.....then trade on paper for 6 months.....if u r on th track....then proceed for trading but....delivery trading first

See the Total Investment (AS in except Margin) = 13,500 in this strategy.

Im not very sure about about how much margin he takes ... But i font pay margin in cash as i have given my Long term Stocks as margin so dont really care how much margin goes till the time its in my limit.


*That's i said somewhere in the thread that you require high Margin For these strategies and not high investment(Cash outflow)
