EOD database for Fibotrader & Amibroker

I have difficulty opening the file in excel due to its limitation. The whole data is not coming. Kindly help

Donot open this data in excel.
Just unrar the file & import it using QuoteMan to Fibotrader.

I have downloaded the consolidated data till 10/09/2009 but how to import them into fibotrader as the files are in excel format and and regarding unraring pls advise how to do it as I understand less of computer and softwares.
