Dear escape, on what basis did you hold 5800 put when market closed on a strong note.
i feel tomorrow will be a GAP UP opening and nf may touch 5800 before it comes down.
So may be tomorrow will be the best time to buy 5800 put at a cheaper price and then hold till nf corrects to 5600-5550

Manojborle, normally I prefer not to hold options for over-night. But today, I didn't square-off based on lots of indecision in market and not able to break 5740/45. Also today's candle were closing like Doji. Additionally we are not near to expiry. Let's see how does market behaves tomorrow. May be new learning for me.
20 pts is good upside and the puts are going to lose value very fast. So, it would be best if you sell the puts at the opening and pick them up later at 6-7 points lower, if you still believe that a downside is coming.
Remember Escape bro, I told you earlier. Never go against the market trend. Don't ever make the mistake of questioning the market level and performance. Hope you have learned your lesson.
