Hi Softtouch,

I don't know which variation of MABIUTS you have used. I am implementing MABIUTS-HB system. According to this system CLIO has given BUY signal on Jan 03, 2007 itself though you have observed the price rise from 5th. Also, it has given a SELL signal today (18-01-2001). If you have already bought it, it is time to SELL it tomorrow.

Please see the attached chart. The BUY on 03-01-07 and SELL on 18-01-07 are clearly shown and are marked with Blue circles.

Thanks Anant for Quick reply , i have followed the same steps given in the PDF file to build MABIUTS Expert but still i am not getting buy signal on 5th Jan 2007, don't know the exact problem......I will check in amibroker ......but can you please suggest me where can i get clean EOD data for amibroker till date.....so it will help me to go ahead with the analysis.

P.S : Do we have any ready made template availiable for amibroker for better look and feel.

I like to know where I am doing mistake. Will u please help me.

Hi Softtouch and ger06,

From both of your posts what I understand is you have downloaded the AFL which I posted in "System Implementation Excercise, Message No. 197". This will not give you any signals on the charts. This AFL is meant for exploration only. For getting the BUY/SELL signals on the chart please download the AFL attached with this message. You just drag and drop the AFL on to the price chart just like any other indicator. It will immediately show the BUY/SELL arrows on the chart.

As far as the clean Database is concerned, you can down load the database uploaded by Soumya. You can get the URL for downloading it in Traderji forum:

You will also get the updates for the database upto December 2007 in that post itself. For daily updates for January 2007, look in the thread "Data Feeds" and you get them.

I hope you will get the charts as desired with the AFL code attached with this message. Just change the extension .txt to .afl and use it. For any clarification feel free to ask and post your queries/comments etc.

Hi friends

Some members were looking for the Mabiuts- HB code for metastock.

I am enclosing the code for the Indicator and Expert. Please note for many Buys and Sells mutiple signals are generated. Is there way to avoid multiple signals in MS? ..something similar to the AB Exrem command..
