Feedback on Ventura Securities Ltd

Ventura Securities ltd is making fool to there client by charging Advance Brokerage, and low brokerage plan,they are not giveing any service,support,there employees are not haveing any knowledge about stock market,no idea of giveing support, they are just opening account for there profits and only profits.

employees are also not replying from branch office and head office.

informations being sent on SMS like tips are also not working. but on time of account opening they do very big commitments,but results are only 0%..

it is my request to all of you to not trade in stock market if Ventura Securities ltd is last option to trade.

I have been cheated by Manish Patel & Salman Syed from their Mumbai Branch. They have stopped replying to my calls completely. On Ventura's Helpline, as soon as they hear that we have been cheated by them, She just puts you on hold for ever..

I am also using Ventura and paid advance brokerage of 7500, but it was deposited to my account after 1 year as I had generated the brokerage of 7500.
So after this now I have 0.01% brokerage in intraday and 0.1% for delivery.
Option brokerage also reduced from 35 per lot to 25 per lot
Until now I did not find any discrepancies but as you guys are telling I have to be careful then

I have not found any discrepancy in their calculations, except a demat charge of Rs. 10 on days that you sell shares.

I am not a fan of their pointer terminal, though - there are disconnects, no auto reconnect, simplest problems require you to restart it.

I opened account with Ventura, i signed blank form and gave 5000 rs check as margin amount. They adjusted the 5000 as brokerage scheme.Bharat(9538611299) of ventura is a Fraud he only opened my acc.
Sharekhan is better.

I Think on traderji Ventura Employees are giveing Reply on any post updated for it to save it.... any old trader can check there review by opening trading account with them.

1)Software is being disconnected many time in market time.
2)No prompt reply branch,H.O or even from HOD on brokerage issue and other technical problem. in major issue there HOD even stop Receiving your call....
3)poor Tips....
4)charging High Advance brokerage for normal and basic service..
5)poor knowledge of Marketing Executive and even Branch manager...
6) just showing big advt on Google and yahoo they are making fool to prospect and clients....
7) in this kind of discussion forum there employee are updating positive post to save them self other wise they are making fooooooooooooooool.....only.

Check given links for your ref... if any other proof is required open your account and try then you will see that given post are correct.....
