Soumya and fibotrader . i got a problem on data updating .

when i was updating data today i did a mistake and i want to delete todays data and update it again . plz guide how can i do this

In QuoteMan you find a module to do this under Tools/Securities administration/Quote data/Delete quotes. There you can select starting from which date data should be deleted.

I tried to two days datas import to quoteman. but couldn't view 2 days datas graph in one window. only i cound view particular datas graph. exampl aluminium is available 3 months contract. here 2 days datas are showing total six contract in aluminium. so how i join this 2 days datas? pls help me.

Presently i am using Metastock Ver.7.0 for intraday trading with live feed from Viratech India.com.Is it possible to use FiboTrader for intraday trading?
Do i need to get live datas from other source or can i use the same?Please give the procedure to create intraday charts.

Many professional traders use Fibotrader for Intraday Analysis. You simply select your time resolution with the clock icon in the Chart toolbar, e.g. 5 minutes and are up and running. Viratech is not supported. You can use any of the feeds listed on Fibotrader.com in the Info/Data section though!

Dear fibotrader ,
I attached screenshot file here and also i attached 2 days mcx bhav copy also. I converted that MCX bhav copy to .csv file. I changed small correction and i imported that 2 days file to quoteman. But i cannot view that 2 days datas graph.

I could view only one day datas graph at a time.

Pls view one day screen shot file. here Explorer bar u can view Aluminium29-dec-06, Aluminium30-nov-06, Aluminium31-jan-07. Total 3 contracts is available here. this is 1/11/2006 datas.

Now you pls view second day screen shot file. Here Explorer u can view Aluminium29-dec-06 (This is 1/11/06 data),Aluminium29-dec-06(This is 2/11/06 data), Aluminium30-Nov-06, Aluminium30-Nov-06, Aluminium31-Jan-07, Aluminium31-Jan-07.

So i dont know why here stored seperately and i dont know wat i am doing mistake.
So here i send 2 days mcx bhav copy file. pls tell how should i modified and convert to .csv file and how i should import that file to fibotrader.

List columns have a naming convention. Put them in the scripts/columns folder and prefix it with "Symbol_" in order to appear in the symbol dependent category.

We just tried a date column with ASCII directory data and it works fine here. Could you send us some sample files ([email protected])?

I could solve the problem with 'Lists'. The csv files in my local ASCII folder were sorted in descending order. I changed the sort order to ascending. Now the lists are displaying the correct date, closing price.

Anyway thank you fibotrader for your prompt response.
