how to create filter for inside day ?

high less than yesterday's, low greater than yesterday's
with huge volumes

I don't mind helping you to work out a solution, perhaps as a script. But I dont know about the volume bit. First you should respond to the question I posted.

Here is a script that detects an "inside day".

(lag($HighBar) >$HighBar) and ($LowBar > lag($LowBar)) and (lag($CloseBar) >
lag($OpenBar))

huge volumes r , u can say sufficient to decide whether it is a breakout or not.

btw, thanks for the script, i will try and let u know if it was the thing which i had wanted or not

Hi Soumya,

Is there any way to disable automatic addition of symbols while manually uploading data in fibotrader? It would avoid addition of unwanted symbols from NSE EOD data, and restrict updation of selected symbols only. The option is available in amibroker.

Starting with the next Beta there will be a switch in the import assistant to skip new symbols and not add them.

i have aproblem with this software . every thing is working nicely but i am noy able to find chart after 2 november i re down loaded severel times no use i un ziped every files what you have prossed inthis colum what can i do pls reply what is the mistake i have done and missed file i have to down load

My suggestion is to check to see if you have duplicated Symbols. Look at your list using either Fibo or QuoteMan. If you do, then you will find your data in the other one.

Did you install the 27Mb version from the website or only the update? Please send the FibotraderLog.Log file to [email protected] so that we can analyze the error.

I am new here and request your help. I have adjusted the stock splits for all the shares, but I need your help on BVXL & INDIABULLS.

BVXL
1. On Sep 5, 2006 the opening price is showing as 18.80 and the closing price is showing as 70.25

2. As per the NSE website, on Nov 20, 2006, the purpose given is "RIGHTS 4:7 AT PAR" I tried using the factor 0.63 but am not getting the chart right.

Attached is a screenshot of the chart incase it helps.

INDIABULLS
1. Would you be able to tell me what the factor should be for Dec 29, 2006. Should it be 0.5
I have tried, but again, the same problem.

Please do help and thanks for the selfless service.
