Use SHA Stock Chart V101 version. 000001 and the like can be a good use. 300001 and 002179, but this type of symbolic data, not display properly,.

i have to start quote tracker everyday at 9 am otherwise data is missing.
If in any emergency, i will not start quote tracker for 3 days, all the intraday data will be missing.
Kindly guide as how to get intraday backfill data for quote tracker.
I am obliged for your help & guidance.

yaa it is possible to fill gap by pulling data from Google finance

you are doing wrong.
you are making mistake in exchange SHA and SHE
all stock name you see in market watch must be of same exchange
I see in your image some NSE stocks also in market watch, this is wrong.
for each exchange you have to create separe symbol set and store in that folder.

Each exchange has been separated...but no data,..

I got a surprise when i opened demo account using this server information which have real time nse and mcx data in metatrader.

SERVER : 67.192.253.165:443

Procedure is just go to file > login in your metatrader and replace your server name with the ip above then press ok

Now open demo account but select the newly entered ip address to open account, you are done, if any help needed then i will post screenshot details how to do it and don't forget to click show all in your symbol list to view all mcx and nse symbols, hope all will find this information helpful.

Hi friends,

I have some spare time on hand and would like to write an AFL for a friend for Options trading. I am an options trader with approx 3% net profit a day. My method has almost never let me down, however it has many different methods that would influence a trade, and I'm trying to put in down on paper or create an AFL.

I also want to maximise profits as anyone would say 3% per day in options is not good while markets swing approx 50% in option values. Also the choice of stocks could be determined by backtesting the AFL.

This has been posted many a times but.. unfortunately ... I have not found the answer to get free intraday quotes for Nifty/Stock options. (I'm looking for 1 minute data or 2 minute or maybe 5 minute free data)

NOT interested in any paid data as I believe information is free and should shoould encourage selling of information for this purpose, also persons who could use my information may be newbies would would also like free data.

So... can anyone please post information on downloadable real-time data on Nifty/Stock options (1 min/2 min/5 min.. any one should be good enough)
