I am trying to do what you suggested above.
But in some of the scripts the Exchange field value is hard coded to "NSE" Even if I change it is not remembering the old values.
Could you please share the mq4s?
I will modify and post my setup here...

Hello, in all script and indicator Exchange field value is hard coded to "NSE" don't change it. this has no relation with Folder name NSE or 127.0.0.1 or any other IF you create like MYEOD.

if you want stock data for any BSE stock then we need to use Exchange code BOM. BOM is exchange code used by google.

Hope this will clear confusion between folder name NSE and Exchange code NSE

It means that
1. I have to take these steps, as explained by you, every time whenever I restart MT4 terminal
2. I have to use offline chart for real time values so do not require market watch window.
3. If I want to see Nifty M1 and Nifty M5, I have to open two different charts.
4. For analysis I have to put indicators on this offline chart.

I was confused as offline charts were moving but charts from market watch were not.

P.S.

1. Can I increase/decrease gaps between 2 values on Y-axis so as to have longer candles.

2. Further for .bat file I have to start from line 1
c:
or line 2
CD\
and as my folder is in D drive I suppose I have to change line 3 as
CD D:\ \MT4 Stock Chart\history\127.0.0.1

Please correct me if I am wrong

You can zoom in or zoom out chart there are buttons on mt4.
regarding .bat file.
it is just to update market watch prices.
procedure of renaming symbols_1.sel to symbols.sel is optional if you don't do it.. it will not affect charts. only you will not able to see proper prices in market watch after you run update all chart script at at end of day
One more thing Prices in market watch do not change realtime
