Small Spark of OLE Automation have grown this much and its going to keep growing.
Thanks to josh and Tracer bullet for their excellent utility! and also special thanks to snake head for the help given in this thread and for the support to me.
Releasing RTD Version 1.0 with source code.
If any bugs in this please comment. and also if any update needed please comment and I will do my best.

Have not tried it yet, but why did you fork it into 'RTD'?
My suggestion is to merge these changes (once stable) to joshs backfill tool. No point in having two different versions of same tool.
Changes can be easily merged using any good comparison tool like WinMerge.
Also,
1) TimeFormat setting is not necessary. i added it without thinking and i dont think there is any use case to have it. Will remove it if we ever need new version
2) CSVFolderPath - should ideally be in ram drive to reduce disk io
3) Since you are including rtdman, put a readme/help somewhere with active link to its source code or include the source code itself ( to comply with gpl )

Name can be anything, what i meant is to eventually have one tool that everyone uses ( and updates ) instead of 2.
Compare tool can be used by josh to check what you changed and merge/modify them as per his wish. We had another user also post his changes recently which may not have been merged by josh yet. Basically josh takes what he likes when he gets time to merge. Otherwise some changes will get lost in different versions.
Forks are needed only if changes are not merged and you want to continue on it or if josh becomes inactive. Anyway, only needed once this is stable and feature complete. thanks
