That will remove distinction between Equity, Futures and options. Everything will be same. You will not be able to get data separately.

Hello, Thanks. Yes, that is the right way to do things. I tried and did this. Now everything is running smoothly.
I have seen that your amazingly efficient utlity RTnow is functioning with most of the brokers' terminals - with only exception of PIB. Maybe because PIB doesnt provide that "Link to excel" or "Snap to excel" facility. But PIB has intraday excel files onits own without asking for that.
PIB automatically saves intraday data tick by tick in different excel csv files in its data folder. Files names are like this: FUTCOM-SILVERMIC-30NOV2013_MCX113922.csv. And data is saved this way:
20131022.1 48989 1
20131022.1 48984 5
20131022.1 49010 3
20131022.1 48989 3
20131022.1 48950 9
Date : Last Traded Price : Volume.
But data in PIB is scattered over different csv file with respective stock symbol and the closing price is spanned over multiple rows tick by tick instead of a Single row with updating tick.
For RTnow purpose if we could fetch these data from different csv files in our Rtnow sheet with just one row for each symbol and updating closing price, it will solve our purpose to send that data to Amibroker. But that can be done only by someone with great Excel expertise. Someone like you, sir. But there is a possibility to get realtime data into Amibroker from Power IndiaBulls (PIB) like you did from Odin or TradeTiger or Now. That would be very helpful to PIB users.

What is that .1 after each date? There is no time stamp. File is not csv. Where are the commas? This should be done in Javascript. Excel is not required since quotes are already there in a file.

You are using Symbol and Trading Symbol both. It is fine if you understand what you are doing.

Hi Josh, I was using ur excel to get RT data in ammi and for a month i was not using this and again started using it now but suddenly its not working. the data are getting updated in excel but it is not coming up on ammi broker. please help me.

Hi Josh1 sir,
Today NOWHSBackfil is not working properly(it was working quite properly til yesterday).I tried to backfil at 10:00 am today, but the charts are showing data till 3:30 pm of today, in which the data till 10:00 am is today's data and after that the data is of previous day.What is this problem sir and please suggest how can i correct it?
Please look at attached Nifty future chart at this time (i backfilled just now)

sir i checked the contents of NOWHSBakcfil csv file, it has data first 9:15:00 to 15:30:00 (i think it is previous day data) and then 15:31:00 to 9:14:00 (all zeroes ie after closing and before opnening of market) and then 9:15:00 to current time and so this is the reason for wrong chart.
Edit--
Sir today (25-10-2013) i checked in Nest trader-Tools-Vwap statistics and found that it is giving that all wrong data ie previous day data and current day data so problem is in Vwap statistics in my Nest trader.

Thanks for this suggestion I was also getting N/a then i installed office 2010 and office 2013 it was working under 2010 but not under 2013

sir i download rtnow.zip but as per your instruction i did all the setting. but when i click start rt data. it is show error in coding. when i click debug it is show coding error file mscsv.now path not found. i give and check all instruction as per your given.
