can any one guide here step by step for vwap backfill from zerodha as i have amibroker in c: and zerodha also in c: and tracer bullet utility in d drive...

dear josh - can i request u to put across the date of modification (if any in the instructions & files) in your signature. actually i downloaded the req files few weeks ago and while reading your last few posts, it suggested tht u hv updated them. so i downloaded them again. but it were those same files only which i had!

last modified date would help us if we need to replace the old files with new ones.

Good suggestion. Actually it was laziness. I shall Add modified date somewhere suitable .

You haven't given complete information. Right-click on the application and Run it as administrator. Still it may not work on 64 bit OS.
I have compiled the utility for NestVwapBackfill for Win 8 64 bit. Still improving on it both for Now/Nest ZT.
I should be able upload improved version of backfill utilities before budget.

You haven't given complete information. Right-click on the application and Run it as administrator. Still it may not work on 64 bit OS.
I have compiled the utility for NestVwapBackfill for Win 8 64 bit. Still improving on it both for Now/Nest ZT.
I should be able upload improved version of backfill utilities before budget.

i am using windows 7 32 bit. so it will be very helpful if some one post steps how to do the process with screen shots.. as it will be helpful for many others who are not much computer techie.

Well, at least for Nifty FnO, the VWAP data is okay. I have been using it for more than a year.

after start time , end time is reqd. start time is the day part and end time is time part. save the col in that order and u will never get any error message

Backfill is now fully automated.

Backfill Version _0.4 is released. Backfill can be done from VWAP/Hourly statistics as well as multiple days from DataTable. Many bugs in earlier version have been removed. Those interested may download from link in my signature.

Help for any problems should be asked with full details.
1. Name of utility
2. OS version and whether 32/64 bit
3. Description of problem in detail. Images are helpful.

I will not respond to one liners or questions with insufficient details.

There is a Readme-Backfill.txt file along with it. Read and follow all instructions.
