As per your suggestion used NestVwapBackFill_0.4_x64 and managed to get backfill from both data table and Vwap statistics but the behavior of the app is different at different times as some times it picks up all from the market watch ,some times it misses some 3 to5 at the bottom of the market watch ,tried lowering no of scrips from 30 to 20 per watch but still the app seems to miss some scrips .Is there any order to open the programs which might solve the problem ?

That is a known issue. Perhaps limitation of Autoit. Another workaround is to sort the scrips in Asc and then Des order so you get the missing scrips.
Edit- There will be no problem getting the visible scrips.

Yes josh1 sir you are right ,i have lowered the no of scrips in the market watch to 20 from 30 and shrink the message bar so that all the symbols in the market watch to be visible and now the nestvwapbackfill app picks up all the symbols in the watch.Many thanks for providing such a wonderful tool to fellow trading community for free of cost.i really appreciate your hard work and generosity.

Similar changes + more for Index backfill here
1) Time confirmation / Field check message not fronted - copied flag 262144
2) Dont close after backfill - allow multiple backfills
3) Set default time 09:15
4) Hardcoded Nifty - There is no option to set Alias i think. For now i just hardcoded it as its enough for me. Later we can add extra column to give alias. I will also try to integrate this with main backfill ( but later )
5) Loop 1-5 code copied from main backfill. Older code was not working well.
Merge what you like. Autobackfill tools now work very nicely for me and ill discard mine for now.
It would be even better and faster if we had api to get data, but anyway...
The source is open. Do it if you can and if you offer it for free, everybody will benefit.

So you learned Autoit. It must have been a breeze for you.
Why did you hardcode Nifty? There are other indexes also like Sensex.
Yes.. Looping is required since Vwap does not open on first try.
Alias is not necessary since they are Spot indexes.
If you don't want to drag Index window out, use can use control ID of the List-View which is 1910.instead of SysListView32 Instance 1.....like I am using 1003 for Market watch in NestBackfill. In that case Window Title should remain Nest Trader 3 and we may be able to merge it in future
