There voice is like they don't need customers

If we start account with fyers how these people are going to treat us ????
Hi @Roni, Please send me a personal message and tell me exactly what happened. I assure you that I will take the strictest action in this regards! We have been hiring new people in our team to handle the scale-up so I really want to know who you spoke to and when it happened. I will take the person to task if it's true. We don't encourage such behavior.

I faced a problem today while using cover order

I had given cover order for bank nifty future with ,27430 as stop loss. After market crossed 27500 , I trailed my stop loss to 27500 and my stop loss got hit.. But when I checked I found out that the trade was shown as sell at 27430.This was during 2:35 - 2:40. At that time market was trading in the range 27515 - 27480.

As per your explanation, some times some values are not received in our terminals. I have checked the lows of the candles and it didn't show 27430 levels at any candles during the duration of my trade.

I would like to know how this could have happened
Hi @desiwarrenbuffet, Let me explain why this can happen at times. The exchange sends second-by-second, level 2 data to the brokers. But within a second, there are many trades in liquid scrips. Some of them are traded at extreme prices as a result of bid/ask during that particular timeframe.
As per common logic, regardless of how many trades are traded within a second, the OHLC should show that data right? But at times, the exchange doesn't send that data. Their explanation is vague but the bottom line is that all ticks are not sent in the second-by-second data.

Greetings @Tejas Khoday
I'm already trading Equities on FYERS and I wish to open a MCX account. Can I do that with the online account opening process that you just introduced or is it just for the new clients?

Thank you in advance.
Hi @D.Hatkar Yes, you can do that! Just get in touch with us on our account opening page and you will get a call-back assisting you to open an account.

Do you allow change of bank details online? IIFL is offering this. I guess regulation is same for every broker. I need to change my linked bank account which I am deferring for several months just because of paperwork and courier etc.

Even if you don't have this kind of system in place, maybe if you could allow us to change bank accounts by sending you the scanned copy of cancelled cheque and form from our registered mail id. Or any other way as per your preference.
