From a intraday traders perspective that is time consuming. Any plans to fix this and make it quicker to place orders? Even loading of charts takes 5 seconds on broadband. Then you go back to place order.
Placing order is also cumbersome. There is no way to set the defaults, like for example always a market order. Too many clicks have to be done in the app.
Hi @Tejas Khoday

Even i face this issue with charts taking quite some time to load more so on the mobile app. For the web app the issue i face nearly always is switching from chart of one scrip to another... it takes some time really...

Apart from this all is well... I have another point i observed which i will put in another post.

regards
Greg

Some quick solutions/suggestions.
1. For a stock in app, we have to click T symbol to trade. Change that to B(buy) and S(sell) atleast that will save one click.
2. Need buy and sell button on chart as well in mobile app
3. Whatever is the last order setting like market order and a co order should be remembered while placing subsequent orders in app.
4. If CO/BO is not supported for a stock then those options should be disabled in app and dartstock as well while placing order for those stocks. It saves time as we get to know after we place order and by looking at trade log. We have to replace order. This feature needs to be implemented by all brokers and Nest as well.

I agree with you.. and I also suggested FYERS on the same line as I totally trade on Mobile app...

I think Mr @Tejas Khoday should himself try trading on MOBILE app and see how it is the things should have changed... and its really difficult to put trade on APP

I agree. Fyers team never used the app. If they trade even 1 day using the app then they would know the problems

No, guys, don't deny them the credit. No software is put out for public use without many rounds of testing. Being a financial application, I'm sure it has gone through more thorough testing than general software.

Whatever the shortcomings that are there, in your opinion, please put them out here or mail them, be polite about it. They have been very responsive and attentive to the feedback so far. Appreciate that.

@timepass Agree 100% they do test n all.. also they are responsive ... I myself got many queries answered...

And I think my message was polite.

The thing which I wanted to point is.. basic feature of trading software or app is to place orders and that should be user-friendly..

If app have lot of other features but lack the order placing user friendlyness...then I think all other things are of not much use.

Honestly I am extensively using mobile app for trading and rarely used all other features.. as I am intraday trader so focus on order placement.

Why I am saying that bcoz I am doing 15-25 trades in a day and using mobile app only..

And It's really difficult placing orders if we are in a hurry.

I suggest you also try app...

I also appreciate the promptly Fyers replies here n address most things no doubt.

Also why I ask for these things as unlike any other broker Tejas ji and Fyers is open for these questions and they are available..

Also I am sure all these questions/queries make the app platform more user friendly.

The one thing I agree upon is that Fyers platforms don't appear too friendly for high frequency trades. I myself had asked Tejas, earlier in this thread, if it was possible to have Nest trader too.

On a high day, I have 300-400 trades, on a slow day I have have 30-50 orders.

Suppose I want to buy BOB @104, I will place 20 orders to buy between 104.4 to 103.5 at 5 paisa intervals.

Using Nest, it would take me about 1 minute to place these orders, all bracket orders. Also, it will take me one click to cancel them all.

Same here. Not being disrespectful. I liked the platform speed and stability. But for traders placing or trading frequency the platform is time consuming. I think Tejas might have got the message by now and I am sure he will act positively
