There insinuations based reports were so absurd that the very next their stories were debunked conclusively and convincingly.
No sensational story on Rafale has survived even half a day since this controversy erupted - b'cos it had NO legs. Bloody fact.
As far as CAG report is concerned, boss I have read it in full. GOI cannot do any modifications on its own - these changes must come from the IAF. I don't think you even have any idea what serious charges you are talking about here. It would be a real scam if something not needed was done!! Think before you allege. Even Mr "P" is not alleging this...
Tech transfer was there when HAL were to manufacture it but Dassault was not ready to give any assurance on quality. It is another useless sarkari white elephant. Now all planes are coming from France in fly away conditions. Brilliant. We all love imported stuff
In place of tech transfer India will get much much needed and extremely important help in reviving Kaveri engine; and also world's best air to air Meteor missile (extremely extremely important).
UPA left the contract negotiations so messed up that Modi government had to re-do everything from start. It took some time but they did a very good job in the end. We are buying it cheap and most importantly will also get French help in reviving our top secret but struck-for-years defense projects.
And if not me and other top credible experts then at least please trust your SC.
Learned Judges must have gone thru all the charges which you and others are leveling. Cong top lawyer battery including left extremist lawyers fought this case to the best of their ability. But despite all the propaganda and media support, failed spectacularly. SC refused to come under any pressure. After going thru all the details, files and records they found contract was as per rules and there is/was no impropriety. So they threw out the motivated appeals (being done on behalf of losing defense party it is said in silent tone) and didn't even feel the need for probe. LOL.
I bet the same order will come "once again" in May from SC. There is nothing wrong in Rafale deal. Hard and bitter fact. I recco you read more and believe things only after cross-checking, understanding facts.
