It seems trading is very boring profession ,Waiting for your setup is the most tedious job .

What do you all do to pass your time when their is no setup ?

I many times miss my trade if i got engaged in some other activity ,so i avoid any other activity during trading hours ,but its very difficult to control the boredom.

Please suggest.
