Just my observations

9:20 to 11:00 trading time
11:00 to 14:00 timepass time for market
14:00 to 15:30 trading time

The above holds true for most of the time,unless there are some major events or major data release.

same the case of self help books... you are just reading some one experience...what you will get nothing ??? it is your practice thats yields the results...

same the case of self help books... you are just reading some one experience...what you will get nothing ??? it is your practice thats yields the results...

w.r.t. self help books - most of them tell us what actually worked for them. Things like positive thinking etc, have to work for everyone. People still buy them - it shows their intention to learn and change ; however, execution remains a challenge. Its the same way all of us went to school, but rarely we came out "learnt" - whatever our teachers tought us
