It just provides Support Resistance for the day ,Entry and Exits are as per Price action only .

10 names cleared yesterday for small finance banks... They did not get the bank licence in 23 cleared till yesterday.

Not old news, yesterday's news. Some other smaller players got the license, but not SKS, so in a way saying that they are not fit.
