I find 15 min signals a bit late in day trading. But if you are not comfortable with smaller timeframe then may be you can try swing trading. Or may be 15 min larger timeframe and 3/5 min trading TF.

Thanks sir..i was asking for swing trading only.....day trading,i find it fast pace...

I am studying 60 min chart for swing trades.

Also, just a thought came to my mind.....can plain Line chart be used just for identification of visual pivots ?

Sir, what is the name of this strategy? Is it Ratio Spread? As I understand, we are in upswing in NF. So when we look for this kind of trades? Only in upswing? I am little surprised that in upswing, you are entering a strategy using PUTs and not using any CALLs.
The correct name of the option strategy is "Put Ratio Spread". You will find hier some general information about this strategy. You can trade them in different ways and forms. The the link will give you the basic information to understand about it.

Line chart will be based on closing price and high/low will not reflect...if you mean bar chart, yes you can use.

Ratio spread is one of my most favourite options strategy....there are many ways in which you can manage the trade till its expiry...I trade spreads also...the trade which was mentioned, I have taken in my account.

A bad end to otherwise good day following SPX and FTSE. Gave away 20 points in a couple of impulsive trades in the last 1 hour or so:annoyed:

PS: Today SPX and FTSE again delivered good, esp where to initiate and cover orders, when NF was giving the signal late.:)
