Just as the text is written after that legendcould be written thru afl. So yes
Thank you. I am a bit slow and kind of late-reacting fellow than the most, and do not recall the terminology instantly, but frankly when I read a post like :
Code:
gap below -2SD2 sidewsays moves into -2SD2
then -2SD2 gives support ..further sideways to pb to -1SD2
then a look at the chart doesn't immediately tell me which is -2SD2 or -1SD2 or pb etc.

Again, apologising for asking for spoonfeeding.

This is not necessarily true.Every stock respects Swing highs and lows on the higher time frames.Depends on which time frame you are looking at.

Also remember this is the earnings seasons where companies declare their quarterly results. So if one stock of a sector posts good results , the other stocks of that sector rise in either speculation or anticipation of good results and same applies for bad results.

The only difference is that Nifty and BankNifty Index futures and Options are more liquid than Stock futures and Options.

Also the increased lot sizes in stock futures has led to lower liquidity in them.
Yes Sir, liquidity was an issue. Since this was a high risk game, I was looking at 1 min TF only (and smaller movements Re 1-2 for ~100 and Rs 10-20 for ~1000 size scrips), as couldn't afford to get wider SLs being hit with longer TFs. Greed was also a culprit, as I didn't book profits which ideally should have been booked and TSL/SLs getting hit in a low liquidity market led to higher slippage.

But note to self is to not delve into stocks until adequate capital is there to diversify based on beta.

Ok will work on that to enable writing that through parameters

Just to quickly summarize
The days vwap is black mentioned in title also
Above that red is +1SD and below green -1SD
Above that orange +2SD and below light green -2SD

Blue is 2dayvwap mentioned in title also
SD lines are purple
+1sd2 to +2sd2 is show as a band
Similarly -1sd2 to -2sd2 is show as a band to signify trend zone

If 5day levels are there then 5day vwap is a green line and blue-gray lines are SD lines.... There is also a dotted line that shows half SD levels like 0.5SD 1.5SD etc

Of course these are my default colours but could be changed by other users in case they post

A query for the seniors here.

What is the maximum number of NF shares, assuming that is his/her normal trade size and not for a particular position, that you have seen/know of being traded by a retail trader?

The maximum I saw was here only, as someone posted a trade log of 7500 NF shares traded for a 30 odd point move.

Another one.

As per your experience, how realistic is this trade distribution for a target of 150 NF points/month?

Here, assumption is that the in-between gains will be adjusted among these few targets over a period of time, and max SL is 15 for a 1x position and entering every trade by 0.5x first, so actual SL is 30 points at any given time.

Catching 100 points point to point could be difficult in day trades also distribution of 50 points trades can be more than you mentioned.

We want to make 150 points net of commissions and taxes. With 58 trades and assuming 3 points cost round trip, you need to make 150+175=325 points gross, and that may be difficult to hit consistently. So we need to increase the distribution of 30-50 points gains trades.

In swing trades it is easy as the number of trades will be max 10-12 in a month and the profit figures better.
