In NF 15 min 11:15 candle is important because before this candle , price Increasing with decreasing volume but in this candle volume increased significantly so now this indicates towards two situations :-

(1) uptrend continue and price rising above this 15 min 11:15 candle and we will see new hod in regular interval.

or

(2) Below that 11:15 candle reversal can happen.
