I feel u can see nism syllabus/reading material for creating the lecture.
if they want to know abt trading, that's a different topic and 1 hr is less for that..:D
I have few things in mind.
Equity
IPO
Mutual funds
How price movement happens.
Reading a chart from public available sites.
Stop Loss - Frog reference.
Derivatives - Only Futures.

Just brief intro fundamental analysis(P/E ration).
Some info about technical analysis(any 2 indicators and ema) and Price Action(Resistance, Support & Bullish engulfing and bearish engulfing patterns).

How to open a DEMAT & Trading account?

Some reference books.

Should I add something like HFT or remove something?

You have included good topics but friend even summarizing all this information will need more than few hours.

For newbies all this info in such less time will be overwhelming.

Italian Banks may Spark Another Financial Crisis

At the core of the issue is the concerning level of Non-Performing Loans (NPL’s) on banks’ books, with estimates ranging from 17% to 21% of total lending. This amounts to approximately €200 billion of NPL’s, or 12% of Italy’s GDP. Moreover, in some cases, bad loans make up an alarming 30% of individual banks’ balance sheets.

TJ,

So lift and paste without acknowledgement? The original source/author needs to be given credit and acknowledged in my view. Maybe the mods can make the policy clear in this regard - as the intention is to inform, and not promote blog....

And BTW, here is the link. http://globalriskinsights.com/2016/03/will-italian-banks-spark-another-financial-crisis/
And here an other one from which TJ may got it, :D but this guy in "ZeroHedge" does not show the real source. So kindly excuse TJ.
