2 Intraday trades today both short side both in profits...levels I dont talk...taken a swing short also, will decide at EOD whether to carry or not.

st da, i think this is last remaining question i have on VT reversal trades.

Here, we have slow VT Down with Lower Highs and lows. Not showing upgraded VPs. BO at VPH2 changes trend to probable up and we go long. Strong move breaks multiple VPH. VPH1 is a major pivot.

Where is vERL - VPH1 or VPH2 ? ie where will you look for shorts, if price starts moving down ( without making fresh VPs )
Both of them are Highs from previous downtrend and we have not yet formed a VPH in current uptrend.

Visual flag breakout, price took off from point 2, so any reversal on VPH failure would be from 2 only iMHO. Of course we want the correct answer from ST Da.

Bro, on second thoughts...I think...we could be using VPH 1 for reversal, since it is major pivot of that visual flag, also keeping in mind the move from VPH2 to high was vertical, vertical entry rules will also apply. I guess major pivot would act like any other resistance. ST Da, please help with this chart We are privileged to benefit from your expertise Da, since you so amazingly willingly share through simple, easy to understand explanations.

Trendline on 5-min broke with volume spike, but price got rejected by 50EMA on 5-min and BB mid on 15 min, maybe a fake trendline BO if doesn't bounce back after testing the trendline again around 7490. I got stopped at breakeven SL in long.

The Verl i talked about got tested and it held.Good location for pullback entry.
