General Trading Chat

you can download NOW from zerodha's website.Do download nestcharts also along with NOW.Unzip nestcharts and place the plugin folder inside Now folder.:)
NOW works with NestPlus - atleast that's what i use. NestCharts i think crashes NOW.
Working fine for me Now 1.13.3.4 and nestcharts 2.9.4.0
Zerodha,
I have downloaded NOW 1.13.3.4 from https://zerodha.com/downloads
After downloading it,Nest Plus charts are not updating as it asks for Nest Plus update.

I downloaded Nest Charts 2.9.4.0 and put it under the location C:\Program Files\NOW\Plus 2.9.4.0

but it giving the error-this version is no longer supported

how to solve this issue?

On 15 min chart 394.80 is a vpl (mpl on 15min)
mpl on HTF is not always VPL. Its only an approximation. I think its best to define your rules to bare minimum and try to execute it correctly. If 15min mp works well for you then stick to it. Some trades will fail anyway...

I only look at mp/VP in trading timeframe and in addition to that am aware of Hourly minor trend and its reversal points

If you come across another system which does not give failed trades, please inform us.We all would like to learn that system.

Dada, whenever I entered I got trapped in vPH failure..I used ur early exit rule,it saved me from hitting big SL's..but I lost my faith in the system.

may be,I traded it wrong way.But to make sure that I traded only pure vPH and vPL only for few days. But I was very late.

Never mind, the idea is to make money in trading...so find another system which you are comfortable with and trade it.

Buddy every good system has a steep learning curve and its share of failures, we have to learn to execute it better. And believe me its a great system.
yes,very much agreed.But I traded it a mechanical way and I failed.
Dada knows many more stuffs. He takes TDST,VWAP,AMA,PO9 and other stuffs into the consideration,so he only can trade the system perfectly.

I cant judge my trades..Dada knows ki konsa mpH fail ho sakta hai.

I used to believe the more experienced you get in trading, more the number of setups you see to trade but
Now I am beginning to realise, the more experienced you get far lesser tradable set ups you see, so yes yawning (as Maneesh once said) is an essential part of successful speculation.
Trading works on concept of Large Sample size ,The more trades taken as per system(Edge Must) thebetter the return it can generate

But their is a thin line difference between trading all setups and Overtrading
If not realised it can kill account very fast.
