My setup is the simplest, my Macbook air and my lap. Although I am only a part time trader, mostly trade in morning (early) session.

I like absolute freedom.. Don't like work long from chair table like aam admi.
I hv flexible office desk. A table and chair with wheel. a bed..a tv..attached bathroom(can watch my trade from there if required)..
After few hour in chair..I remove the chair..bring the table side of bed..with wireless mouse/keyboard and chilled ac... worked lying in the bed..some time company of family..this is not work from home... this is like work from heaven...

Family support us wholeheartedly when they know when they know... money is coming.. not out going..

:lol: Yes monitored my trades from hot sit while using 10\30m chart in evening crude trading. wireless mouse in right hand ..just need one click,entry-exit..fixed lot size..mkt order..no key board reqd..
But.. I don't dare to sit there when trading with 3min charts..I square it off..

Since everyone, are mentioning about their desk setup, here is mine..

One table, with 2 lappy's both are ON simultaneously. One key board, and one mouse. One chair. This is my desk. Absolutely no one in the room/house for 99% of time. All alone. Do not take any break from 9-3. Tiffin/water all goes at the desk. On sideways days, listen song during market and thats it.. Almost from 9-3 I keep sitting at my desk.

as I said I close the doors, but if no one is in the house (very rare, once in 6months maybe) means its party time for me.
