@Smart_tarde,

This question is on long term investment. In this thread there are very less talk on long term investment. I have seen you have mentioned about BAJAJ finance and riding it, I have ZERO experience in investment. I want to start it this financial year and learn it. I have no idea on fundamental analysis and how to do them. My question is -

Can long term investment be done solely based on charts and technicals. That is from weekly/monthly charts if one is aiming to hold them for more than a year horizon ?

Or

Fundamental studies are necessary for long term holding. If so what are the must needed factors to consider to get started in fundamental analysis..

Please guide.

Sequential is a long term timing system. It gives very accurate signals but the signal comes in 3-4 months. So it wont be useful for day to day trading. For long term reversals, people who are interested can learn from DeMark or Jesson Pearl books. I can answer the querries and doubts but writing a thread is too much of work.Because it will take lots of efforts as it is not just set up and countdown rules but there are many qualifiers/things to consider to come to the accurate decisions and not sure even 5 guys will be serious in studying it. And those 5 guys will be serious learners and they can learn from the books. Thread on sequential will not be very interesting/ entertaining thread, it will be dull and boring for most people.

Where sequential is concerned, won't it need a close above the 12th bar to signal a possible trend change ? Also, what is the sequential position on banknifty ?

I have used reliance 4G jionet....good speed...I got the sim from a friend... 3 months 75 GB free...
I have you broadband at Surat and have not faced any problems for past 3-4 months...
But was much disappointed 6-8 months ago due to frequent fibre breakages problems as municipality were digging here n there...

One thing I wish YOU implements is that they must message for planned downtime and expected time to back online...

TP Bhai....reliance is known to create cut throat competition with prices....
Initially it will be good for us as consumers...
Commercial launch may be before Diwali 2016

I get it. Maybe I will ask for an extra simm (without upgrading the present one). Let's see.

Does the 4G jionet use a different software ? The present netconnect uses the ZTE software (the same as MTS).

Youtele used to be pretty good in the beginning (when it was called Iqara). I started with 32kbps line in Feb 2002. Then around 2011 it became very unreliable and then even worse from 2014 onwards when they shifted the call centre. Unplanned disconnections without any information is the worst thing they do, and then the call centre used to be down during the disconnections.
