I found this study extremely useful. Before that I tried to read books of Warren Buffet ,Peter Lynch and Benjamin Graham but the process was a bit hazy...not clear. With Wealth creation study it becomes more clear.I have also picked up some wealth creators but anyone who understands the process can do that I guess. Each year I very eagerly wait for their wealth creation study to come out and gain some investing theme. And it is all free...I have not subscribed to any of their PMS or newsletter or anything.

Sometimes there are very clear and easy triggers for wealth creators, but we are busy searching the fastest movers.

True wealth creators are slow but consistent winners and not sudden spikers.

Any method Technical or Fundamental can give consistent good results only with discipline.

Once we find the trigger for trade, we enter the trade, put our stop loss in place and keep trailing, keep booking partial profits, all as per our risk appetite.

Having said all the above, it needs the mentality of an investor to buy and hold multibaggers.

ST Sir with all his experience has shown that he has a Trading as well as Investor mentality and hence is able to generate wealth in investing as well as trading with consistency.

Hats off to you ST sir and thanks for guiding us from time to time.

Wealth creation study does not give us ready made answers. It does not identify scrips for us...that work we have to do ourselves. It gives the underlying thought process and how to identify these multibaggers at early stage.

It is worth studying multibaggers like Pressure Cooker and Appliances, Nestle,Shree Cement,Eicher motors,Bajaj Finance...and observe when the fast rise in market capitalisation has started and then go back to those years and see if we can identify these based on financial performance of these companies 1-2 years before the rise started...that is how we learn the craft in actual practice....and apply that knowledge to the current performers..it is a hard work but extremely interesting and satisfying work.

Many people would have bought Vguard seeing the result this quarter but the next quarter result might not meet the expectation that will lead to fall.

As a retail investor, we should look for consistency. All of these consistent companies might not turn out to be multi-bagger but even if

10% of them performed very well
and 20 % good
and 40% avg
and 20% bad
and 10 % very bad,
We will have a very good return.

But, how many of us would be able to hold the winners.
