@Xray, can you please mark the probable intraday trades for today's NIFTY for learning purposes ?.. I was paper trading it and I too found difficult to trade it, and it went SOH for me as well. No Trade today..

If you are a full time trader, try loading a good and addictive game in another machine.. I personally play 'world of warships' a lot... it kills my boredom and also acts as stress-buster

No mate I am part timer, so when I don't have trades in hand I feel like something is missing my hands and end up bad trades.
On the lighter note if I start playing games I may ignore market lol.

Listen to music or read a book while in-between you keep a watch on the markets. From time to time get up from your trading desk and take a walk in the house,do some work in the house,some light excercise....
