neerajji.there are atleast 3 flags in the chart.when you keep looking for them you will be able to identify them easily

i see 2 .... out of which i have doubt in 2nd 1 ....3 rd 1 i dun see.....

gng thru the charts nd maybe some discussions will train it perfectly ..

y dis stock.... coz... banking sector fires when there is sum upmove....so banking stocks blastss.......so choose to luk after bank nifty and icici bank .... they both r good trending instruments.....

know very less abt them...but i trade jp and saw this after gng long......long consolidations...low range bars,mild gradient,lower volumes....

neways....lot of charts to go through....will keep'em coming........

here is my view....


Such multiple adjustments are certainly a trouble. particularly since the short position gave more than 10% profit. I too had short position in aban which i closed at the first SAR adjustment against the position. No position after that as long is not being triggered. I could think of this type of solution only.

here is my view....

Aban I am not trading Aban now but I would have taken a few more SARs while actually trading.

1. On 2/2/09, I would have gone short below 1 pm bar.
2. On 5/2/09, I would have shifted SAR to 3 pm bar hi
3. On 10/2/09, I would have shifted SAR to 3:30 pm bar hi
4. On 11/2/09, SAR at 12 noon bar hi, this would have resulted in going long

My view. Any particular reasons for not taking these SARs?

I have still to fully understand Saints two posts and the excellent charts put up by our friends here. Good to be back to our good old days of studying Saints posts.
