Hi Komal yes knew there was a mini pivot there as we did not know then how todays opening will be kept SAR at Major pivot after looking at todays opening this mini pivot getting its importance

not for me...you could go with the minor pivot (which is the 1pm bar) although im sticking with the day before yesterday's high as mentioned in satyen's charts....

Thanks for the reply to my query. Assuming 2 bar is not used, I would have taken that as a PL. I have seen this used in the reverse scenario. After a steep fall, a similar setup was considered as PH in nifty (during oct/nov 2008 timeframe). I don't have the exact chart/post right now. Will post later if I find it.

Clearly, I have more to learn

I had posted few days back about new filters in stock futures (ABAN, RELCAP, LT, etc). Didn't get any reply then. Can you PM the current filter values?

Hi Nitin no its not a pivot at least but yes there are some specal cases so may be used ...... as u asked whether its pivot or not replied its not yes now i think lot of people following there own rule if there is not a pivot seen fo long time in steep moves
