hi VJAY here comes doubt for some its a pivot u can see it clearly on 30 min for some its not a pivot to reverse they have SAR where it was
so basicaly we will stick to our own plan but in 60 min its not a very important pivot my view :

As per your view it's not an pivot for 60 but in your chart it is an pivot.how you come it is an pivot for 60 after 1 hour.Please explain it will be helpfull to us .

Hi VJAY okay i thought some of us have taken trade there so had marked in blue line ........

have gone long in after pivot break .at red line ....

Remeber we were discussing about the GAP rule 2-3 days ago and I mentioned a condition that the first bar should be bearish (in uptrend) / bullish(in downtrend) in order to apply the gap rule.
I think it is a rule, look at both the Nifty and RIL fridays , both have a similar gap .. agree. But saint has applied GAP rule only on nifty and not on reliance. And the only reason I can think of is the first 5 min bar on RIL chart is bearish while of Nifty it is bullish
Whats your view.
Hope saint could throw some light on it .. just last time

Sorry for poking my nose here....will just present my views (Gaps in our direction only discussed below....lest I forget the edit button):

Gap Up: We are expecting a Red first bar to reverse below its low. If the first one turns out to be a Green one....we use the 2 bar method or the pivots, if they are closeby.

Gap Down: (i) If the first 5min candle is a Red bar..we do nothing....Trail stops by 2 bar method...and wait for lower PH to form.

(ii) If this first bar is a Green candle....we still dont do anything except for eagerly awaiting for a pivot to form. So this is a bit of a biased/preferential treatment meted out to shorts.

Now for the situation above....what do we do if its a gap down and a vertical upmove thereafter....with successive hh/hls???

We remember that the miniflow is an independent system of its own...and so take advantage of it. However those not following it, can do their own tweaks like booking brofits and not taking contra longs etc...knowing well that this is not as per the system.

Lets await Saint's view on the above.

To fit my MM rules, dropped trading RELCAP, JP and SUZLON. Started trading PUNJLLOYD (another LLOYD in our 60 min flow) and NIFTY instead. Worked out to be well so far. Still taming this beast!(Thanks Saint! read your words somewhere in commodity thread) Your idea's and suggestions are welcome. I put my real money @ where is showed Add1.
