Compared to 11:00AM bar 10 and 12 bars have lower high and lower lows. Any rule which doesn't permit this to have as lower Pivot high?

I am getting a doubt that someone has hacked into Saint ID.
The basis is : I have a thanks from Saint just for repeating his words.

Hi Iv no rule yes you are right about bars below 11 AM bar if these bars closes bit far from the low of 11AM bar other wise if we have 1 PM bar which travels below 12 bar low and closes below 12 bars high then we can say it a valid pivot in my veiw
