On the other hand, if 3pm bar closes on the positive side - which is likely, was it the right decision to short at 4287? 4275 would be first clean (i.e. major) low pivot, higher than the previous clean low pivot of last Thur. We would have stayed long - but for the gap rule used today. Did our flow ignore the possibility that friday's gap may be at least partly filled before resuming uptrend?

As it is, Today's fall may be considered as testing the breach of down-trendline (pl refer to the chart attached)

No, I disagree. Saint himself has "tweaked" the system at times to fix some glitches. People ask questions about some exceptional cases on this thread all the time - no reason why I shouldn't. I am by no means criticizing the system - I have benefited from it significantly.
