Not yet unless the previous bar is negated or new highs of the day are established or multiple smallish up bars making this a pivot low........so far,stops where they were.

As per 30 minTF PL is at4021.3 at 12:30 bar, but 13:00 bar in 60 min TF has it. Should we change sl to 4021-15 now or after 14:00 bar?
