Re: Questions from juniors on"Going with 60minute flow"

I am a little confused on the issue of roll over to next month on expiry.

1. If SAR triggers 1-2 days before the expiry day, we can take position in the next month Futures. That's OK.
2. If we are with the trend do we roll over simply or there is something else.
KAPIL ..ur first point is very right...regarding second as i know we will buy /sell into the next month after sell/buy this month's future ..means simple roll over.

Re: Questions from juniors on"Going with 60minute flow"

i have applied for tradetiger . i generate wayyyyyyyyyymore brokerage than profits . lol but i want somethng else too. nse real timedata...i have no idea how to configure quote tracker to that . in the drop down menu, only foreign stock exchange options are there. And Kenneth, ur im is on *****?
Perhaps the BIGGEST drawback of Tradetiger is slow
refreshing rate of share quotes.Today ,I observed the
variation in Nifty futures between CNBC and Tradetiger
is as much as 15 points. For a futures trader it is a huge
difference.Apart from this drawback ,it is excellent
platform.

Current Position Of NIFTY in thread

Position Start Date: 17 -Sept-2008
SHORT Since : 4011
Stop Loss:4099+15= 4114
Profit/Loss in Current Trade = 4011-4114 = -103 Points

We change our Position to SHORT if NIFTY Trades below :4114
Dear man4urheart,
Not able to follow the fourth line "Profit/Loss in Current Trade......"
Do you mean Risk in current trade? Could you please explain.
Thanks

Re: Questions from juniors on"Going with 60minute flow"

Dear Seniors,
In the "60 min flow..." of Saint...there are 6 times we have to look for Pivots that is 10 & 11am and 12,1,2,3pm.,[sometims 30 min chart] is it possible to place 6 charts and there clear-cut calculations of pivots and stoploss and ads if any.Just for one day a step by step direction...
Thanks in advance...

CNBC is the one lags... and not the trade tiger.
Remember the live CNBC quotes are not really live. But their us alternative is really live... Indian CNBC lags.
You can observe this if examine for somedays.

By this statment we mean that that currently if sl hit we wil incur this much point profit or loss .i.e the current risk in trade...........here we go with the flow.........we reverse our positions only when the sl is hit(which we change according to rules)......let ur profits flow.......and cut ur losses........

flow is what matters here.......
