Niftychance,

It is nice to read flow wisdom by saint. But you got confused reg entry in todays JPA futures entry point - in mini flow - and simply avoided answering. Who will answer my question. I asked at 10 am till now you were the only one to reply. Rest were busy trading. Do you think it helps a person like me?

hmmm....vps,ask a question in the Min Flow Thread and you might not get a Reply as we have not even started discusiing what it's all about.

Probably if you had put in your own thread that you started for that purpose,I would have tried to help out.

What exactly is it that you wish to learn about?Ask on your thread....I'll see if I can answer it.

I doubt saint ! I think majority are with agressive mode(Trading 60 min looking at 30 min) as of now!

If you want I can poll with "press thanks button to this one if you are agressive trader to check the head count", but then you will say...Oh NO not again!

R2 = P + (H - L) = P + (R1 - S1)
R1 = (P x 2) - L
P = (H + L + C) / 3
S1 = (P x 2) - H
S2 = P - (H - L) = P - (R1 - S1) ( though honestly not clear if this is enough).
What I specifically wanted to ask was when u say 60 min ph / pl, do u calculate it or it is automatically reflected in the graph ? Cause i cld find no such graph. and is this pivot calculated with the same high low close theory? I am studying

You say you are using trade tiger. Can you see chart there.? If you double click the stock you are watching the chart will pop up. At the right corner of the chart you see a box marked I-O. Click here. A new window ' Intraday Bar Size/Display' will pop up.Top row is for 'minute' charts and bottom for higher periods. Click on 60 and you get 60min chart. If you click 5D and 60 you get 60min charts for the last 5days. Go to nearest Sharekhan office. They will help you more on this. I learnt all this just by fiddling around.

these are pivot levels calculated from yesterdys high,low,close...google floor pivots,camarilla,demark,,& ull know wht it is...these are the next days supposedly reaction points which traders use to trade the next day.
wht u want to know is wht is a pivot...a pivot is any turning point in the market....this is not the thread i want to post bcos there are people around here who think they are very knowledgable & smart & who gives funda's to others when they themselves are devoid of very basic knowledge.
