EDIT: The high (3861) on previous bar taken out so now can't consider it as PH, so PH on 30 will be 3906 ...

so if i follow aggressive rules today then i may go long at 3921.....

Too soon my friend, the current bar just made a higher-high, need to wait till end of next bar ... i.e. after close to declare it as PH
