I am confused after today's violence. So I would rather let Saint or some other senior to update the levels. As Saint mentioned, unless a new lower PH forms, levels from his AM post stand.

It pops out of the chart, with a range higher than the normal.....I have no fixed definition of it.

A chart can make it more clear.
