Going With The 60min Flow!!!

Can you post chart for me to have a look?

We are trading 60 min not 30Min...right!...

When 60 min has sideways movement to get clarity we look at 30 min chart as said by Saint.

As someone said in this topic, it's always better to take the less profitable of the two SARs. In this case, we should take 3535, and not 3534, 3533 etc.

But here's my question, if we do assume that the proper SAR is 3534, no arguments, then why shouldn't we just go long now? Nifty has moved in our favor, after all.

Think better is to Exit(Pure which are still short) from current short and stay away from from the flow till the SAR @ 3534 crosses by considering the confusing situation. No need to rush to go long till SAR...

Hi Sam, As the old saying goes : When in doubt, stay out!!! If nothing else maybe u think of squaring your shorts!!! Just a suggestion totally out of sync with the system!!! Against the rules also!!!!
Posting this seeing you moving up and down in a confused state!!!

You are right rk, I did exit all my position around 1PM at 3575(I had to get out and no profitable SAR was defined by then).

As tomorrow is holiday, I think markets expecting some bounce back if not based on global conditions today but tomorrow(Since we have cover for one day) Just the speculation, Please do not take that seriously. We are not supposed to trade on NEWS!.

I seriously want NF to break 3535 levels where want to go Long

In the Mini Flow Thread we have learned a new technique to eliminate entry on a weak breakout...

It goes something like this ...

If the high of a new candle/bar is greater than the pivot high(3520 here) but does not trigger the trade because of the room, we shift the SAR to new high + room...

Using the same technique new SAR can be 3533/4 + 15 ...

becoz the previous pivot break at 3534.50 i.e 3519 + 15 was not so very convincing......as becoz of some confusion some said high is 3520 some said 3519 ...... and i have read the power of 10 paisa in 1 of ur trades b4...... so i will use the latest pivot high of 3534.50 + 15 3550 to go long.........just to b very sure..........

I will stick with lowest point on 60 Min chart!

- Use 30 min only when there are big moves especially after gap!
- There are Wide range bars as we reversed today!

Rakesh, Just answer this : Had u been a silent participant would you still be at the level where u are!!! No friend,its absolutely fine to err, just proves we are human beings!!
Do continue the good work!!! This anomaly is there between the Pure and aggressive traders and shall continue but the system is such that both will make decent profits!!!
Just becoz a post of your turns out to be a bit off the mark does not mean you should deny all of us here your wisdom!!! You have no right to do it!!!

You are getting me wrong....I am not leaving this site, I just wanted to take break for a few days...to re-re-revise the system.
Knowingly or unknowingly, I have been shunting between being Pure and Aggressive. Have being doing what seems right at that time....thankfully the markets have been very kind to me, have not taken a 'bad' trade.

However, I am still in search of an identity. The confusion arouse when Saint posted the chart containing trades for both Aggress and Pures..I found that I have taken a few trades of aggressives, but also missed a few..thinking I am Pure.
That suspicion of mine just got confirmed by your post.....now I know...I am being Aggressive...but thinking of myself as Pure...that "pure" Rakesh sometimes pulls down the "aggresssive" Rakesh.

Let me resolve this dilemma once and for all...I know I will come out stronger, better and clearer.
