Somewhere in Saint's write-ups, I remember reading that you need to forget about any old pivots, and just consider the pivots formed during current part of the flow.

The pivot is not clear to me as the low is not below the previous candle!

My 10am bar low is 3390
11am bar low is 3385
12am bar low is 3418.
and I have based my view on these figures. If my figueres are wrong, then I am wrong in moving the stops up.

Hi Rakesh i have still doubt when to become agressive ( use 30 min Pivot ) when not ......

In my veiw we just started a trend so we wait for 60 min pivot ....but waiting Saints Rule about Agressive and Pure Rules to learn more

Good...you still have doubt. I was 'sure' that I was a Pure trader who went Aggressive in certain conditions. And I was Horrendously wrong.
The last week has changed that...and still is.

Aggressive merely doesnt mean looking at 30 min charts in certain conditions...there is more to it. How we treat the 'minor' pivots...how we deal with Adds in certain scenarios...a list of 'small' reactions to various mkt scenarios which differentiates the Pures from the Aggressives.

Guess Saint will once again lay down the rules for both groups in days to come. Till then, we trade as per what we are.

Yes, we remember that rule. 3566 was formed after we took our initial position at 3534.(Aggressive ones) on 8th oct.

The pivot is not clear to me as the low is not below the previous candle!

Actually It is a pivot(According to my charts)
Markets opened at 3990 so that is the lowest point where as at 10:44 made a fresh low of 3885.35, so basically we have a pivot.
But that's just my chart do not know about yours. But I agree its not a visually obvious pivot.

Well, I take that to mean that once you have recognized a point as a PH, all previous PHs are to be forgotten. (ditto for PLs). So I would wait for a new PH before adding. Of course, I could be wrong in my understanding of this rule, and it may be a moot point.

Yes rakesh i m pure trader use 30 min pivot in certain cases only yes i may be wrong even i used 30 min pivot recently on 8th .... may be i m making some mistake ........so posted

Sorry...didnt get you correctly.

If you are saying that we remember and act on pivots formed ONLY during the current trade and forget the ones which may have been formed previously...then yes, you are right.
