Going With The 60min Flow!!!

This is a sad moment for me personally. I have learned a lot from you and was hoping for further knowledge which I will get from the two threads you have directed Rakesh to start.

It has been a pleasant journey....both these threads--the 60min Flow and the Intraday MiniFlow.I have learnt along this journey as much as I have shared.Many of you have derived benefit from these 2 methodologies---if not,at least an idea or two that may come in handy for your trading.

And as they say,all good things must come to an end......and so too these threads.Certain ideas were started off with these threads,they have evolved thanks to the many discussions,hand-holding too for a few months to help the newer trader realtime.....the intention of these 2 threads and its purpose comes to an end.

Keeping the threads open without my active presence is allowing the methodology to disintegrate as mind after mind interprets it and misinterprets it their own way......and that hurts me.Also mischief mongers are allowed to run unbridled and amuck without anyone calling their nonsense as it is.

Closing these threads with immediate effect.

I have requested Rakesh to start 2 new threads,one on Intraday MiniFlow,and the other on 60min Flow to continue the discussions.Let these mother threads be locked and be frozen for those who wish to learn this method.Let the daughter threads under Rakesh continue discussions on an EOD basis(not realtime)for the Intraday MiniFlow daughter thread,and an End of the Week Basis discussions on the 60min Flow daughter thread.I will myself be participating in these threads.

The learning must continue for those of us who are sincere students of the market......signing off from both these threads.It has been a great pleasure interacting with you all.....Wishing you all the very best in your journey to Trading Mastery.May you all see great success and prosperity.

I have just started trading 60 mins and this thread is closing. But like Saint said, it will be here for our reference with the 'n' number of lessons in thousands of posts.

I am sure this thread will still pull heavy traffic even after its frozen, and why not, listed here are all the "open secrets" about catching a fish!

Of course, this is not the end, we will have 2 new daughter threads to continue the learning...

MINDSET:A mind that is simple........devoid of too many if's and but's and why's and why not's......a mind that refuses to get swayed by larger time frames,CNBC,other traders,gossip,rumours,etc............a mind that dares to stick to strategy and plan and in doing so stays in the present and is not swayed by a euphoric rise or a precipitous fall,thereby leaping over the Fear-Greed Barrier..........A mind that stays in the Now,removing the "I" from the trade........A mind that goes with the Flow......in this case the 60min Flow.

60min Flow Trades for the Week: Saint's Method

Dear All,
This thread is started with the aim of discussing the trades that we take based on Saint's 60 min flow method.

I am not going to debate the why's and what for's ..or the pros and cons of closing the main thread....but would just like to make a few things clear about what this thread would and would not do...as also what is expected from the members visiting this thread.

1. This thread is basically for teaching the newcomers the correct application of Saint's 60 min Flow method. It is expected though that they are conversant about all the rules.

2. I would post the trades taken during the last week in this thread...as the name suggests(posted every Sat/Sunday). Basically starting with Nifty and a few stocks like Aban, L&T, RelCap, JP Asso, HDIL ......will add a few more like GMR, LITL, HDFCBK, CENTURY etc as we go along.

3. This thread is NOT , I repeat NOT a place where we will discuss the current trades,our current stops..or anything related to what positions we are currently holding. So kindly hold yourself from posting about the current trades.

4. I would be using the pivots...as I understand them (meaning the earstwhile Aggressive ones). So please dont debate about "Pure" and "Aggressive" here. I understand that some of the members here trade only the Pure ones.........and in doing so if their trades differ from what are posted here....nothing wrong in that.

5. I welcome you to post your queries about the trades shown in the charts (which I and others will keep posting). However, if you need to discuss a tweak or a possible marriage with another indicator/method...please do so via a PM to me or Saint or any senior member...Doing it on the thread MAY confuse a rank newcomer.

6. I would seek to answer most of your queries, time permitting, and would also seek the help of ST, MJ and Dhakkan in doing that. Saint would be with us with his views and teachings throughout.

7. Kindly desist from any clashes/arguments in this thread. If you dont agree with anyones view..kindly ignore. A mess in this thread will lead to its closure....

Let us all remember..the purpose of this thread is to present the newcomer with a correct application of Saints method. Hope we aim just for that..and nothing else.
